SONY VAIO CS OR HP PAVILION dv?

I am not sure which laptop I should get :
SONY : 2.5 MHz Core 2 Due, 250 MB NVIDIA , 4 GB RAM
OR
HP dv : 2.2 MHz Core 2 Due, 500 MB NVIDIA , 4 GB RAM

- i don't play too much games .
- i use heavy programs for programing/Network
-sometimes i use Photoshop and Dreamwaver

I would like to know which video cards? But right now I go Sony, faster CPU. But I think a 2.2Ghz would work just fine.
