Dell precision online tech support?

Does anyone know how to get to an online dell tech support for precision systems?

I had a dell inspiron that was changed to a precision system and i tried going to the online tech support but they do not give tech support to precision systems which i kind of find annoying as my landline is my cell phone and going thru tech support during the day kills my minutes.

You have to be transferred to precision business support. If you were upgraded from a consumer notebook they it shouldnt be an issue to transfer you to business support via the chat or email. You should contact customer care to have you switched to the business line.
