1. Stick the Windows XP cd in the drive
2. Restart the laptop
3. At the bottom it will tell you to press "R" for a repair, do that
4. Follow the on-screen instructions

Your new "solutinon" that you are having is still the same issue of stuck at loading.

I think the problem is the CD Drive

yea but the problem is they're all too damn high.
