Getting my first Alienware. - Page 5

I'm having an issue with my M17x now (Here we go again.) When I play really demanding games like Crysis (or play COD5 with "supersampling") it will stutter for a few seconds after every 15 minutes. I checked my GPU temps and they ran at about 60/65C and the CPU stayed at around 40/45C, I'm thinking of getting a cooler for it, but I don't know what kind. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Fraps was locked at 25FPS.
Normally on that level it stays about at 80/100FPS.

I got win 7 on the way could be 10 to 15 days but yep I hate vista too.

Got W7 Installed. Everything is working fine besides the Media Strip. I reinstalled the OSD and it fixed it until I rebooted the machine, now it quit working again. Any ideas?

congrats on getting your win 7, i only installed control center and the video drivers so far. not sure about the media strip. ill check it out tomorrow bro.

oh man i never thought about going there. lol. i guess cause ive had so many dell laptops + i was working with dell for 1 day shy of 2 months then i got my m17x.
