Okay guys, I'm trying to cut down on some traveling weight by getting myself a smaller laptop. This of course means that I'd like to sell this sucker!

My M1730 has alot of upgrades but please keep in mind that if I did the upgrades my self, I WILL INCLUDE the original parts as well. If Dell did the upgrade, I WILL INCLUDE all relevant order numbers!

My M1730:

413 days of warranty left INCLUDING complete care!!!

Windows 7 (original Windows Vista Ultimate, disk included)

Original Documents STILL sealed in plastic PLUS the leather XPS document holder w/ headphones

Processor : X7900 Extreme 2.9-3.4 GHz (original t9400 upgraded by Dell, order number included)

Video Card : DUAL Nvidia 8700 GT SLi

NVidia PhysX Processor (upgraded by me)

Ram : 4 GB (original 1GB upgraded by me, original parts included)

Hard Drive: 1 x 160GB 7.2 PLUS 1 x 100GB 7.2 (original 160 GB 7.2, I added the 100GB)

DVD burner

17" WUXGA Glossy Black LCD (1920x1200 Max resolution)
Built in Bluetooth
Built in 802.11 Wireless
Built in Media Card Reader
Two Headphone jacks
Integrated WebCam and Mic
LCD Data Display Screen
Back-lit QWERTY Keyboard and Keypad

This laptop is less than 2 months old, never played hard and never overclocked. It is still like BRAND NEW!

I will post pictures tomorrow so you can see that it is PERFECT!

My price is $1450 shipped. Please keep in mind that it will cost me 50-60 to ship this sucker as well!

Let me know if anyone is interested!!!

Great setup but dual 8700m gt's are a bit outdated. Still no knock down cards though. The Ageia processor was replaceable...? I always had the impression that it was built into the mobo.

Thanks Motok! The Ageia processor is actually a removable card that is pretty easily installed. Then you just install the driver and you are good to go!

Please don;t be afraid to send me a REASONABLE offer guys!

Come on! Not one of you intersted?

Its a tough price to swallow considering its 8700s as opposed to a baseline AW.

You should fill out the notebook Selling Guide. It would be posted up in the market place. Pics also help too

Yea do what Steve suggested and ask people to give you their offers, see what they think is a good price.

Go to edit >> advanced it and fill out the fields. I don't know why people don't use this more often.

You can even fill out an asking price.

Thanks for the advice guys. I'll do thate. I've just been really swamped with work the past few days. I'll get pics up and fill out the notebook selling guide tonight or tomorrow!

BTW I've dropped the price a little, hopefully it is more reasonable!

Keep in mind that with the complete care warranty, if this laptop should break for any reason, it might get replaced with an Alienware!

I'd be interested in a trade for the monster in my sig but thats a stretch =) the dual 8700s is going to be hard.

Hmmm, breaking a dell laptop like that would be fun, then calling up complete care.
