Adobe Flash Player Help??

I have an HP laptop with the newest version of Firefox as my browser. I wanted to view a video on this site: http://gonintendo.com/viewstory.php?id=98579

I updated Java and Adobe Flash Player (version 10) but the video will not show up. I just see a white space and when I right click I get these options:
-Movie not loaded... (in faded gray colored text, which I cannot click on) &
-About Adobe Flash Player 10 (click-able)

How can I fix the problem so that the video is displayed?

I attached a screen shot of my screen.

Any help would be appreciated

Want to give this Flash for non-IE a shot?

Thank you for your input. I did download version 10.0.32.18 (Non-IE) before posting this tread though. I still have not had any luck.
