My lat. crashed on me and won,t get into windows. i turn it on and it goes to blue screen for a second then goes into black and says if your computer shut down try starting from normal???? I guess the hd maybe is gone .I also have a thinkpad and it has recovery. does dell have it.??? any help out there??? Thanks!
