just a note about dell's warranty your warranty supposely can only be extended for a max of 5 years total.
For example you bought the systemA with 3 year warranty and then you get a replacement within the 3 years called systemB you can only supposely extend systemB's warranty for only 2 more years as it is capped for 5 years total.
Dell almost screwed me over when i purchased a 2 year additional warranty they said seeing how my system had originally 4 year warranty. We can only give you 1 year and 4 months more even tho you paid for 2 years. I was pretty mad and argued and said well i better get refunded then they said no and eventually they fix that crap and gave me the 2 years that i paid for.
