Hi all.. I need some advice.. I need to upgrade my stock M1730 hard drive.. would I see much of a difference using 2 320Gb 5400 rpm drives in raid stripe vs 7200 rpm drives?
I am getting some difference in opinions regards to data density and seek times vs rpm... Any advice welcome.

Thanks

I tested both configs and found the data throughput was definitely higher with the 7200 RPM drives.

If the 7200 RPM drives are hat much not that much more go for it.
