It was tested few months ago and the model was discontinued already, I just submitted for the record to the database.

Nice to have, new or not. But discontinued so soon with those system specs?

It is a sweet score. Gen did you guys ever solve all the driver complaints no one else did that I know of? Lot of ATI/Asus haters because of this. I never heard that it was resolved. If you have answers I could spread the word and you would have lots of fans.

Problem not solve by Asus yet, I don't think they still updating drivers, the problems could be the video card itself.

Those are top notch scores for a discontinued notebook.

This is a smart move from Asus then, drop the model with known issues and go on to the next one.

And that would be the G51VX-A1 with the UC'd 260m that still overheats? I don't think Clevo feeling much pressure at this point.

Wait I own an Asus? Best damn notebooks made!

Drop the model to save from RMA, the PCB board from ATI is what cause the problem.

The high temperature on G51Vx could be because thermal paste wasn't apply properly, I've seen some unit's GPU has poor contact betwen heatsink and GPU.
