i no the Q i asked sounds stupid. cuz the insides are the same. the reason why i asked is cuz of those employee's there. they all say something different. never the same. one says "oh buy lenovo but asus is too expensive so forget abt that", then i go somewhere else and he says "dont buy anything besides asus cuz they have an amazing mobo and good customer service. lenovo is a bad build quality". it might sound funny but i talked with 3 different guys from different stores and none of them said anything common. they all said something different. the first day i was thinkin to buy the acer laptop from a place but i didnt buy it cuz of one employee. He didnt shut up saying "buy lenovo i dont suggest acer". so i said let me go another day when he's not there.

You need to find out how is reseller support from each and every manufacturer that you have interests in. Resellers are as good as the support behind them.
I can only input what my personal experiences are. And that is I do own and use almost every single "normal" brand/model out there and yet had any issues with bad hardware. My luck, I know.
Ask if they offer extended warranty also. Good lucks in getting a system of your liking and enjoy it.
cheers ...
