Alienware Chat Support?

So I found out that with my new M17X, i can no longer chat to a tech support/customer support rep. Very dissapointing since it was a very stealth way of delaing with them while at work.

Is there a way to chat with Alienware via live chat support?

No idea, but my M17x's Service tag is invalid, guess I have to wait for Dell to recieve my M1730.

Its more for 'persuading' them for free things rather than support. I get better support here for sure...

... and Nonya, yeah, i was able to enter my service tag this morning and it was recognized, now its gone, and it says its invalid again. On with a DELL chat support rep right now to get it resolved... will let you know the fix when I find out.

one thing I found out is the m17x laptops with the Dell Servce tags have no access to the Hive.
