Finding CMOS battery in Clevo M55G

Hi All
My laptop psu got a bit wet and died. It is a Clevo M55G (product code M551G). I started using an old dell one I had lying around (about same voltage/current). Since them I have an intermittent problem, my machine forgets the date/time when off/unplugged
I guess this means the CMOS battery needs replacing (maybe it got fried when the psu died), but where the heck is it? I didn't want to pull too much apart...
Can any one give me directions?
Cheers, Andy

Out of the bag, I could not find one either.

Do you happen to have the part number on the original CMOS? You can also try to put a query here:

Does it not have a marking on the CMOS that you removed?

i've not been able to find the existing CMOS, I don't know where to look. The only thing I've replaced is the psu.

Go ahead and post in the link I gave you above to Patrick. Hopefully some other members can stop be here soon for some inputs.

cheers ...
