ASUS VX3 problem

HI

I have had the asus vx3 running on vista ultimate, then i have just upgraded to Windows 7 Pro 64bit. it all works fine but the Face recognition and finger recognition doesn't seem to work.
The MyIdentity software for the finger recognition doesn't even start

any help please?

Was Vista Ultimate also 64bits?
