I've been waiting for a warranty replacement order of a Studio 1747 since 10/12 now. The website, if you try to build a new one with the same specs, now projects a ship date of 12/1. Last time I spoke with anybody at Dell, I was told that display parts were on backorder, and to "check back in 48 hours", which is the standard BS line.
Is anybody else going through the same hell, and if so, what are they telling you?
