Well, they told me that they're going to replace my laptop with a 17 inch system (after hours of arguing), but they can't give me anymore details. We'll see how it plays out. Thanks for all of your help!

Figured I'd still post MW2 benchies for anybody interested in seeing how the XPS 16 performs running it.

Also, overall I would say MW2 is awesome, I've been playing far too much lately lol.

Anyway, running at 1080p with all the eye candy on with the exception of AA, I have fraps recording a minimum of 20, average of 55, and max of 94. This is after playing for about an hour long so I would say that the average is a good representation of what you'll actually see if you played it on the same system.

Haha finally up from that lowly one dot I was stuck at!

School is going well, definitely feeling the pain of the world of Calculus right now but for the most part I'm making it through without too much hassle. Next semester though I finally start me Electrical Engineering classes which will really heap on the load. Other than that though there are tons of nice people, taking ROTC and being an engineer is definitely a painful task but it's manageable =)

How are things with you?
good, busy but that also means gainfully employed.

Calculus was a real head scratcher for me lol

DELL let customers doing this? Extending warranty as the warranty comes to an end? This is a very poor business decision from the bean counters. Just take a look at the current parts out of stock issue and replacement models they are experiencing and the headache for the customers, not mentioning hitting the bottom line and hurting the name brand.

I'd fire that crazy person who suggested this idea in the first place

Introducing a notebook leasing plan, which happens often here, is a much better idea!
