Just as a quick update. The company refused to replace my battery again. So I'm back to square one. Any suggestions for more reputable places to try getting a battery from?

I bought may on Ebay - I know others have reported horro stories..

I tend to purchase from US Based Sellers with good rep. and have had no issues so far.
