Our sister site!

"...Camangi WebStation supports a wide range of features, including web browser, music(video) player, digital frame, eBook reader, and so on. With a sensitive touchscreen and a high-resolution display that barely weights a third of an average Netbook. Camangi WebStation offers you a comfortably sized screen to view and carry around either at home or on the go!.."

Camangi Webstation – Android tablet goodness pops up on the FCC

... and looking like that this one is ready to go ..

"The Camangi WebStation popped up on the FCC today, just in time for the device’s projected December release date. The WebStation allows you to surf the web, play audio and video and read eBooks, all on a 7” screen. The device has GPS and WiFi, and you can connect a USB 3G modem to the WebStation as well.

Sadly, the WebStation is still running Android 1.5 – no Eclair goodness here. However, you can download apps for the WebStation from the Camangi Market app store."

"Internal pics of the WebStation show the devcie’s Marvell 624 MHz processor, along with Samsung Mobile DDR and Flash memory. The device also only packs a paltry 256 MB of flash memory, although the Micro SD slot does give you extra room for your media.

The WebStation is $399 (or $389 if you order now) and can be pre-ordered (link in OP). Camangi expects that the device will ship before the new year."

News.

cheers ...
