every game is physxed now~!!!
and i dunno why my AW can only do 97fps with RE5 with the lowest settings

if you have had the laptop less than the 21 days you cn always return it.

I never heard of Dell swapping out one GPU for another

It does require a bit of work to swap the GPUs and the Cables for them.

If you want to do a trade there was one user who wants to trade but I think he wants two.

On a side note I've compared the RE5 benchmark between the two cards and the ATI cards scored higher. If your really worried about physX there is a hack out there to make it work with ATI cards.

or you can get 280m's and not worry about it.

you should also bear in mind that swapping out the GPUs may have warranty issues.

If Dell decided to sell you the ATI Cards they may cover the ATI Cards in future should they fail under the laptop's warranty

Hey I have a single ATI 4870. Is it possible to upgrade to the 4870's in crossfire? If so where do I go about buying it? (m17x)

The alienware support line is useless.
