Change XPS M1530 keyboard to black?

Hey,

Is there anyway I could buy a black keyboard to replace the tacky silver one on my XPS M1530 notebook? And if so anyone got a link or a part number to the one I would want that would fit and work properly? I've decided to just spiff up my current machine verses buying a new one as Dell is missing tons of options for customizing notebooks lately and I'm tired of waiting around for them.

Also, I'm assuming it's fairly easy to remove the old keyboard? I'm guessing a few of the screws on the bottom of the notebook are the keyboard screws although I'm not sure which ones they are.

Thanks.

I think that the "black" keyboard of the Dell 1420 would fit (compatible) with the XPS M1530.

So this would work?: http://cgi.ebay.com/New-Keyboard-for...item3ca834f6e4

Also, how do I find out how to remove the keyboard to replace it with a black one? I'm not sure how to remove it.

Thanks

It looks the same as the XPS 1530, I would say yes.

Cool, I tested to see if I could remove the pieces myself before I purchased the keyboard...it wasn't any problem at all.

Thanks guys!

Got my keyboard today, installed it and it works like a champ! The notebook looks SO MUCH better with a black keyboard...they way it should have come from Dell in the first place. Sometimes I think computer companies need to hire everyday consumers off the street to design their systems...they are so clueless sometimes.
