Nibottor link is down, need assistance.

Hello I'm trying to download nibottor from the sticky on overclocking the go 7900 gs GPU.. The link is broken and I cannot fix my problem until I have this program. Can someone please assist me and give me a link to download the nibottor program (Preferred virus free haha )
