Extensa 5235 opinions???

Hello
I searched the forum but couldn't find any review about this model. It would be an all in one budget laptop for my gf (internet, pics, vid, office).

Specs:
Extensa 5235-902G16Mn
Intel Celeron M 900 2.20 GHz,
15.6" WXGA Ledbacklit
Intel GMA X4500
2GB DDRII
320 GB 5.4K SATA
DVDRW, 5in1, wiFi B/G/N, BT 2.0, 6CELL2.2, bootable Linux

price:400 EU
or with a 160GB HDD for 350 EU.

it comes with 1 year warranty...which is extensible during this year with an additional 40 EU to 3 years. (it is payed separately from the initial price).

I need some opinions/advices pls.

The specs are good in general for the price, and I should not let the Celeron CPU holding you back. Any other comparable with a core duo or core 2 duo with the same prince range in your area?

What do you intend to use the notebook for?

yeah, even a low end C2D would be preferable.

OK...a short review.
Final price 405 Eu with 3y warranty, 160 GB HDD.

Likes:
+ very light regarding the 15,6", only 2,5 kg....her old T23 weighted 2,3 and my T41 also
+ optimal portable size/movie watching ratio
+ numeric keypad...nice feature
+ 3 years warranty for an extra 40 Eu
+ card reader ...I'v seen not all acers have one
+ optional 160/320 GB HDD

Dislikes:
- LCD quality could be better
- Celeron CPU...it is enough if you use it for general stuff (surfing, movies, music, office)
- only touchpad...I'm an IBM user so I like the trackpoint better
- 64 mb Video....NOT for gamers

Not tested yet: battery says 3h+ but didn't tested it completly


p.s @qhn ...sorry for the mouse description...it became a reflex to name it that way...but in a way you are right to edit it...and it is Trackpoint not Trackball ...
