No go I am afraid. I did try these drivers before. This is quite a special driver for Type III mini-PCI card, too bad that they stop with later models (go to PCI-E design).

S271: AMD based models are using 802.11b/g adapter RT2500 from Ralink. Their drivers aren't available on Vista's RTM DVDs. However, updated and fully working drivers for both 32 and 64-bit versions of Vista are allready available on Ralink's support site.
Status: supported, new drivers available and needed

Bluetooth drivers
Well, this is most problematic part for most users. For Windows XP Bluetooth support on S271 MSI used third-party Bluetooth stack software BlueSoleil from IVT Corporation. However it's not possible simply upgrade the software from version 2.1.3 (provided by MSI) to newest 2.3 from IVT's download site, even when IVT claims that all licenced owners of BlueSoleil from version 1.6 should be able to upgrade for free. What does it mean - MSI's users aren't owners of licenced version? And the confusion continues - while IVT in their press release stated that BlueSoleil version 3.0 will fully support Vista, not MSI nor IVT confirmed me if the upgrade for owners of S271 could be able to use the software for free.
Luckily, there is a workaround for this. In fact, you don't even have to use BlueSoleil (or any other commercial Bluetooth software) on Windows XP. As you all might know, Windows XP and Vista have full support for Bluetooth devices with integrated software stack. Everything what's needed is a driver (or at least an INF file) for the device which MSI integrated on their miniPCI card (in the case of S271) or directly on mobo in S262. And then Windows might detect the device and fully utilise it in own Bluetooth configuration sofware suite. Owners of S262 allready know how does it work in XP (without Bluesoleil), however the "driver" (in fact, just an INF file, no binary) provided on S262 support page supports only Windows XP 32-bit.
Again, no need to worry, because the "driver" allready exists for a while and it's located on one of the MSI's websites (even when I don't understand why it's hidden)! You just have to go to the product page for MSI's MP54GBT2 miniPCI adapter (BT+WLAN used in S271) and in the bottom of the page you'll find file named "64-bit driver of MP54GBT2". Download it and unpack (packed with WinRAR archiver). Copy ONLY the directory named BT_64bit into your USB stick and update the driver for Vista 32/64-bit from Device Manager.
This INF file has complete support for Windows XP 32/64-bit and works on both Vista 32/64-bit as well. You don't have to bother with Bluesoleil software anymore. As I've tested, Microsoft's built-in Bluetooth support it's perfectly working in 64-bit edition of Vista with my Bluetooth headset and mouse!
Status: unsupported, but there is fully working solution
Download: MSI USB Bluetooth EDR Device driver version 5.1.2535.0 for XP/Vista 32 and 64-bit.
Tried this?

Link for the Ralink Wireless?

W7 picks up the Bluetooth part of this card just fine. There is no need for me to use IVT apps nor did I need to install any INF files. Load up Windows 7, go to update and I have BT right of the bag. Synchronizing pretty much everything that I use: headset, printer etc ...

The wireless part is what I don't get it

I dug a little bit deeper after reading your "S271.....Download: Ralink RT61/RT2500 drivers version 2.0.1.9 for Vista 32 and 64-bit." quoted comment.

Got the one that works - ver 3.2.0 - from the friends in France:

Installation went smooth with W7 64-bits. Driver and app are functioning.
