I have a Thinkpad R40, the Pentium-M variant, and the fan died.
On first inspection it seems the thing isn't entirely trivial to take apart (the back seems to be some pretty solid assembly).
Any recommendations where to look for the fan (know about ebay of course) and maybe a guide to take the thing apart?
