i do not see the point in the picture because i know more or so the motherboard with the bad slot is bad..or the card..just do not know where to gamble my money on..very hard at this point.

so i took the card and gave it a closer look..on the back of the card seems like small two pieces that were soldered or something were broken just small tiny black things on the back of the card..every board has something like this.. and im wondering if that is exactly why i get a black screen?

I doubt it, that a precision line GPU option, your BIOS will not reconize it

that 3700 should work, but you don't want it. Reason why is because it's a few nano's larger then the other ones, thus it'll run even hotter. You don't wanna run hotter, you want to run cooler.

You could always send the dead GPU to Ztronics to fix up for you, I've heard wonderful things about their motherboard repair so I don't doubt they could fix up a GPU, you should try them.
