ok so my computer is finally showing symptoms of a the defective 8400 gs gpu and my warranty expired in september. i had the motherboard replaced in july of 09 because the computer was having the same problems, and now it is doing it again less than 6 months after they repaired it, and maybe it was stupid of me to not renew the warranty knowing all the problems that are prevelant with the m1330, but know they want 500 bucks to replace the motherboard/gpu again!!! and then even if i do that, it will break again in another 6 months! ive been trying to talk to dell, but nothing seems to be working. i even had one guy admit he knew of all the problems, and i really think that dell should compensate me for selling a defective product becuase i paid 1500 bucks a little over a year ago for this computer just to figure out that it is defective. does anyone have any ideas for what i can do? i just wish i could talk to someone a little higher up becuase the only people i get to talk to on the phone are some technicians in some other country that dont have the authority to do anything about this.
