I recieved the answer for this several years ago but not sure from which forum. You see the card in my title degrades in speed after it gets used to run a few programs like ie or outlook. If I reboot it comes back up but then does the same. I was directed to download a driver but for some reason I was told to go to the German site for Toshiba or Intel. Anyway that solution worked. I recently had to do a full restore and have forgotten exactly what the answer was. Does anyone have this knowledge? thansk, jack
