New TAB at End

Does anyone notice that FF3.6 open a new tab next to the current one instead of at the end of the window pane?

One can change it back to the previous behaviour by making this simple change in

- about:config (type this in navigation bar)
- scroll to "browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent"
- change it from "true" to "false"
- restart the browser.

Firefox Tab Taskbar Previews (Windows 7)

Mozilla had introduced tab taskbar previews for Windows 7 in Firefox 3.6 Beta 1 but disabled the feature in Beta 2.

As a result, Firefox 3.6 was shipped with no Windows 7 integration features at all.

To re-activate this feature:

- type in about:config in the navigation bad

- scroll down to browser.taskbar.previews.enable

- Toggle the value to "true"

- Restart Firefox.

Voilà, enjoy the full Windows 7 taskbar preview with Firefox.

I use pretty much all browsers, but Firefox belongs to my day to day usage.

I prefer Firefox due to the greater flexibility/adjustability

Really I find FF to be a bit more 'sluggish'

I use Chrome and I love it

You gonna have to define what "sluggish" means for us

Ive been using it for a few days now it seems pretty much the same but i guess they removed alot of 'under the hood' stuff.

From what I read it seems google collects info through chrome thus the creation of iron...Do I have that right?

Yep.

And here is another Chromium based browser. This one is not so bad so far with my tests.
