Netbook Recommendations?

It's been so long since I posted in on-topic (hell, it's been a while since I posted at all), but I'm shopping for a netbook and I remembered that I had this great resource here.

I'm going to school full-time, and while I'm on-campus I need a small notebook for web browsing. Honestly, I can't think of anything else to do with it. I have a desktop at home that I do my "real" homework on, but almost all my classes have web-based homework, and I've discovered online textbooks, so a tiny laptop that lets me use firefox is really all I need.

I'd rather get Windows 7 than XP. Size does matter, but price is important too; I'm trying to spend less than $400 but I'm willing to go up to $500 if it's a really, really good netbook. I'm a klutz and so durability is important because I'm likely to drop it at least once. And I want LONG battery life, because the less I have to drag around with me, the better.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Yoob recommended this one in one of the thread. Come with Vista but you can easily upgrade it to W7 with the student discount.

Honestly, if durability is important, I'd really suggest that you look at something other than a netbook. According to a study done a couple months ago, netbooks in general are rather unreliable compared to other notebooks.

However, if you're still set on one, Asus and MSI make ones with the most battery life right now, as I recall. Just make sure you get one with a 6-cell battery.

Durability is a selling point, but it's not the most important one. My priority is light-weight and portable without extras. I commute to a huge university, and I've already gotten a wheeled backpack that I pull instead of wearing it on my back. And oh, by the way, I'm 7mos pregnant, so the less crap I have to carry, the better. Size will be more important in April when I'm carrying around my backpack, my diaper bag, and my newborn. I'm still debating getting a stroller to carry everything; some of my classrooms aren't stroller friendly.
