Wireless driver problem

Is there anyone who can tell me how can I solve my problem for Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo Mobile V6505?

Vista SP1 32bit version installed. Everything is working fine except wireless. I checked device manager. Wireless driver is present there but, I cannot see wireless symbol on taskbar.

Is there a switch or FN key to activate wireless? What does it say in the network environment?
