hey everybody i have a problem. i have a emachines m622-uk8x (W4620) and a couple of years ago a friend of mine tried to fix it, something was wrong with it i cant remember what it was now, but after his attempt when i would turn it on i got a message saying "no operating system fnd i can not find the restore disk and the serial number is rubed off the bottom so i dont think emachines can help me with out the serial number. so im kinda stuck and dont know what to do. i found a windows xp disk around the house but it isnt working im getting error messages so im kinda at a loss for my next step. if someone can help it will be greatly appricated.
