my dear
i suffer from long time to obtain THE RECOVERY CD of travelmate 5720g , the Acer America Online Technical Support tell me the serial number is invalid but i fuond it in bios system and bottum laptop and in the orginal box , and also the acer's work shop tell me that the serial numer is existance in thier system but when I enter in support online No accept . please blive me i sure about all that .

I need download recovery CD so fast.

Escalate and take the pics to back up your claim. You should be able to order a replacement recovery disk set from Acer.

There is nowhere to download the recovery CD as mentioned above, you must order it from ACER or check on Ebay, there might be a copy for sale

Was this computer purchased in the USA? if it was purchased in some other country. It will be considered a gray market device and Acer America will not help you. You will have to go to Acer International to get help.
