Swapped out M1210 and 710M screens...

I thought all was well. I can get into windows fine, everything works except I cannot see BIOS screen and I want to upgrade to Windows 7. I cannot get into boot sequence settings because I cannot see what is on the screen until it gets to the Windows login page. The BIOS screen is all garbled and pixelated, but it still boots. I have hit F2 and I'm pretty sure it goes into setup since the windows login screen does not show up but I cannot see what is on it.

What do I do?

Did you replaced the inverter with it as well? Tried also different keys (DEL, F10, F12 or Fn+F1)?
