There is no problem with an external monitor picture is good on it.

I would then check out the cable and connectors to the LCD. But it seems that the LCD is failing, funny that it was such a coincidence.

Maybe Michelle would have another idea about this when she comes by.

It gets worse

Fitted another screen and have still got the same problem, I also booted onto a memory stick with Ubuntu on it and still got poor quality video, so that gets away from a windows problem.
Had a check with another external monitor and the picture was good.

Go for a 3rd one just to be sure that it is a LCD issue.
