I only ask this question because I find that the two notebooks are fairly similar in size, granted the m15x gen 1 is probably about 3 inches bigger but it's just as thick, and quite manageable. But I'm wondering how a m15x generation 1 with a 9800 GT and a decent core 2 duo processor (t9600) would match up against this m11x, seeing as how both of them these days are roughly at the same price point of a grand.
When these thoughts entered my head the other day the excitement over the m11x kinda fizzled out of my mind.
You can also put a 280m GFX card in that generation 1 m15x , but it runs hot so I'm starting to think you could definitely throw in a 260m.

It isn't even a comparison between the two. The one thing that the m11x has going for it is the 1GB nVidia graphics card in a 'netbook-size computer'. I can't classify this as a netbook, however it's close to that size. IMHO, this is what the Sentia line of AW computers should have been. I was so very close to pulling the trigger and getting the Sentia m3200 back in the day, but instead went w/ the 15.4" m5500. At the end of the month I'll be buying the m11x as I really love the portability factor.
