How to get rid of Phoenix FailSafe installer ?

Thread Starter
I recently purchased a Samsung R580. It comes with the pre-loaded installer for FailSafe (which I do not want to install). It is not listed under Programs and Features of Windows 7. Is there another way to remove the installer (and everything related to FailSafe) without having to install a cleaner software?

The only way that I heard of, is that you have to disable this in the BIOS setting.
