Windows 7/"display color calibration" menu

Hi,

Is this feature only for external monitors? I'm kinda confused if it's for built in displays on notebooks or for desktops? The instructions make it sound like it's only used for external displays. Usually I customize my display with the graphic card software (in my case NVidia Control Center.)

Any ideas?

Thanks.

You can use it for any display.
I used it for my two older TFT's (SyncMaster 913N) and it made a huge difference. Nevertheless the calibration brought only little improvement on my Laptop.
