Acer Aspire 7520G boot problem

I have problem with my Acer Aspire 7520G. When I turn it on, after memory check and disk check I got messages:
Resource Conflict PCI Serial Bus Controler in slot 01
Bus:01 Device:04 Function:00
ERROR
Bus:01 Device:04 Function:01
ERROR
Bus:01 Device:04 Function:02
ERROR
Bus:01 Device:04 Function:03
ERROR
Bus:01 Device:04 Function:04
ERROR
after this wont boot neither from HDD nor CD/DVD. Just blink currsor apears.
After a few of restarts, if I got luck, it will boot up "normally". I checked in Windows system that Bus 01 Device 04 is acctualy

Ricoh 1394 OHCI Compliant Host Controller at Function 00,
SDA Standard Compliant SD Host Controller at Function 01,
Ricoh SD/MMC Host controller at Function 02,
Ricoh Memory Stick Controller at Function 03,
Ricoh xD-Picture Card Controller at function 04.

I beg for your help.

I would first try to getting into BIOS and reset it to default configuration and see.

I already done that. But same problem.

remove any media cards, and try removing the wireless. if that still fails you are looking at a failed mainboard, most likely.

Sorry for my schoolary english

I was the same problem and after one month of work i win the problem !!!
Resource Conflict PCI Serial Bus Controler in slot 01

ERROR etc............
This messages isn't the real problem.

Solution :
You remove the dissipator of the microprocesseur and you start your computer without this. Yes without this !!!
After one minute the computer power off himself by security. Cleaning the ventilator and the aerator of the dissipator. Put the thermal pate on the chip. Reinstall the dissipator and power on.
The Acer aspire 7520g is normaly OK !!! I hope !!!
