Realtek RTL8192E wireless card won't stream to X Box 360

Toshiba Satelitte A505D-S6968

I was going nuts yesterday trying to figure out why my laptop would not connect to my 360. After resetting the router, spending 4 hours on the phone with microsoft and x box I finally figured out it was the card (no thanks to Microsoft). I turned off wireless, put in a USB wireless adapter and voila it worked.

I don't think there is a solution but if anyone knows one that'd be great. I emailed Realtek about the issue. I just bought this and now I have to sale it. That is something I do daily and to not be able to stream movies is not going to work for me (I know I can use the HDMI port but hauling the laptop, but not having to haul my laptop and unplug everything is great when you have TVeristy).

I don't think its the OS since I can stream using a different wireless adapter and if I just hook it up to my router. I tried installing a few different drivers but nothing worked.

It's weird because when I start my x box and the streaming program, TVersity picks it up as a web browser. But again if I just use another computer or a wireless adapter for this laptop it TVersity picks it up as X Box 360. Is the wireless card possible detecting anything I try to connect it to as a web browser instead of an actual system or program?

I'm waiting on my Windows 7 upgrade anyway so hopefully the drivers for that OS will be effective.

I have had loads of issues with this card on Linux operating systems, simple fact it is their latest with draft n support, have to wait for drivers to catch up.. Have you tried it using just b+g mode in the drivers or software?
