Chipset drivers

Hi guys
I have a Alienware area51 model 766SN3, I think mi chipset is not installed correctly.
Where can I get the driver for this chipset SiS648FX + SiS963L AGP8X ?

that link was the first that I visist when I detect the problem but is not abailable. Any other sujestion?
