M17 keyboard issues. Owners, please try or help :S

Hello users and fans!
I've got a very annoying problem with my keyboard on my M17 notebook with illuminated keyboard.
The problem is that when I use both the arrow keys UP+Right or UP+Down, and when I press a third button for a combination, it's not working, it's blocked. But ONLY few of the third keys doesn't work, like: а, d, y, i, o, ], \ or |, 5 , 2 with the both up+down or up+right
With UP+Down combination the same are NOT working + all the following 4, 7, 9, =, w, r, y, i, o, p, [, ], g, and ; '

Maybe there are few more!!! I didn't check every combination

I didn't check, am I using the latest BIOS, but my Keyboard Controller was the latest: M17_KBC_130E
I also updated to the latest BIOS M17_B14_Bios and also again the Controller to the same latest version.
The problem is still not resolved.
The interesting part is that the other arrow cobination + one more key or even two are working normal.
Also when the NumPad is off, the arrows on the numpad area does NOT have the same issue.
With a separate blue-tooth keyboard there is NOT an issue too.

I'm almost sure that the Keyboard Controller Bios is wrong, or maybe the motherboard bios.

I'm pretty sure that it's not the Operation system, because I tried XP SP2 32bit on VMware, also Ubuntu 9,04 64bit live. Currently I'm using Windows7 Pro 64bit genuine. I had a Vista Home Premium 64bit also genuine - all the OS have this issue.
So it's not the OS, it's not the drivers, it's not on different keyboards, so it's the integrated keyboard, I mean the Keyboard Controller!!!

SO, please Alienware CHECK that please, make sure to FIX it as soon as possible.

Btw, I found the problem when I played Fifa 09 and 10 on Vista and on Win7.
When you control the players directions left+up keys, you can NOT shoot or pass with "d" or "a".
What gaming computers and laptops do you sell, when a gamer can not play for a real! :S

I can't believe that is true!
So please help me soon!!!

P.S.: So I tried also an USB 2.0 Keyboard, and it is working too!
Only the internal has the issue, probably is the Keyboard Controller BIOS, or I don't know, but please make a fix, because I'm crazy already!!!
I tried all the mainboard bios: b13,b14 and the keyboard controller bios: 130C,D,E!
Also now my touchpad buttons are not working, actually Play/pause/stop/forward/backward are working, the others are lightening when pressing but nothing happens.
With applied .Reg fix from Alienware support forums for Vista64.
I'm with Win7 pro 64bit.

P.S.2: Tried OCZ bios zFactor 0.29 - same results...

If anyone can try or give advice!
Thanks

Sounds like you have either a keyboard or motherboard issue. You do have the latest bios installed for both. I'm not having any trouble with my m17 at all.

Hm, thanks.
I thought that the problem is for all users of M17, because in another forum few people told me or that is a common keyboard problem for the matrix of the keys or something like that

I have the same problem when playing Counter Strike. Still haven't found the solution to this problem.

By me it's not only in games, it's in Browsers, typing programs, Notepad, everywhere.
I ordered new keyboard, and now I am waiting to receive it, hoping it's not from the motherboard controller!

I'll keep you in touch

Thanks dude. I'm gonna bug AW support about it. Just need to test it properly. It would be strange if it turns out that gaming notebook has 3 key rollover. I'd expect more for such price.

Can you tell me how yours work if you press and hold SHIFT+e and then try pressing c or v simultaneously. Mine gets blocked, but it is fine if I do the same with SHIFT+e and x or b. And that's just typing, not even in the game, although I'm sure it does the same in-game too. Very disappointing.

@Bandzai
Sorry I can not check, because the internal keyboard is senT from Europe to USA (I bought the Notebook there) and I am waiting the new one...probably 2-3 more weeks

Sh*t! With a new keyboard the same problem!!!
Also the support told me that they will charge me, and when they receive the old part, a refund will be automatic.
They didn't charge while ordering, but 3 weeks later, and no refund till month later!

I suppose the problem is in the keyboard controller, which is on the motherboard or the motherboard itself?! SAD. CRAP.
