This is the problem I am struggling with.
While working in Excel for example, or stationary in Desktop, the screen flash once or twice and freeze as if the refresh rate frequency is not right.
The system respond to no input from mouse or keyboard
Seems as if in a HUNG state.
Have to force a power shut down and restart.
On restart.., the system operates without any problem.
The problem occurs
few seconds after start up
if not then any time during the day
occurrence: three to four times per week
The error massage displayed after startup:
“Update graphics driver.”
The laptop is a
Toshiba Satellite P200 – 113, PSPB6E – 12F046 2A
The monitor and display drivers :
