Acer will launch its new range of ultra-portable computers Aspire TimeLineX this coming March 22.
The 1830T, 3820T, 4820T and 5820T will be designed around the Calpella platform, the giant Santa Clara, meaning they will be equipped with Intel Core i3, i5 and i7.
1830T specs:
. Core i5-520UM at 1.06 GHz
. 2 GB DDR3.
. 11.6" with 1366x768 resolution
. 160 GB HHD and above
. card reader.
. 9-cell battery supporting up to 8 hours.
. Gigabit LAN, WiFi, Bluetooth and 3G.
. Crystal Eye webcam.
The TimeLineX 3820T (13.3"), 4820T (14") and 5820T (15.6") all have a resolution of 1366x768.
They are equipped with either a Core i7 or i3/i5, up to 4 GB of DDR3 RAM and a hard drive from 160 to 640 GB drives. ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 or HD 5470 will complement the Intel HD Graphics within the box.
The remaining features are identical to that found on the 1830T. All these machines come with Windows 7 Home Basic or Home Premium and should be available soon after launch.
