Alienware M15x not turning on =[

I just acquired my first Alienware laptop today and it has a dead mother board so I've been told. The laptop doesn't start up at all, nor does the battery charge when the A/C adapter is plugged in....


Can anyone point me in the right direction on where to find a mother board replacement for a decent price?

Ztronics offers a replacement for about $350. Look on eBay and you can see a few sellers offering motherboard repair for about 1/2 that.

your only real ability tosize up Ebay sellers if the feedback profile

But PayPal offers decent protection

and make sure the sellers offers some kind of warranty or DOA policy
