Power Problems!

I cant open my laptop if it is unplugged even if my battery is fully charged. but if im going to plug it and turn it on now it will turn on even if you unplug it. how can i open my laptop without plugging it on? though my battery is fully charged.. please help?

You meant "cannot turn on" notebook when on "fully" charged battery only? Considering trying with another battery?

battery

but it is fully charged.. that does mean i have to change the battery or is it totally drained?

It is just a hunch that the battery is no longer being recognized by the comp. You can try to drain it completely, recharge and see. Batteries do fail regardless of what stage they are in.

what's a bad thing!!! I think you can take the battery to another laptop to have a try, or you have to change your laptop battery: http://www.laptopz.com/laptop-batteries-c-12.html
