inspiron 1564 bluetooth issue

i have problem with bt (dell inspiron 1564) freezing,failed send,...

the driver installed from dell site

note: i have 2 laptop same brand(inspiron 1564) and the same problem



what can i do with both of them???

Give this Dell driver a try if you have not done so:

Dell Wireless 355 Bluetooth Module (Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR)

Release Date:04/06/2009
Version:5.1.0.3400, A00

I can help you

A:
Start=>type "Services" Enter => Find "Bluetooth Support Service" right click "Properties", then Startup type put on"Automatic" and Service status click "Start", OK => Restart your Dell (if BTtray vanish just run dell driver installation again and thats it)

I tried this on Dell Studio 1555 with 370 Bluetooth module and Dell Studio 1558 with 365 Bluetooth module
