MSI U200 is very hot when plugged in to power

I have just bought MSI U200 this Saturday. It is extremely hot when plugged in to power supply. The keyboard front feels like 50 degree celsius and burning hot on the underneath.

Is this normal for ultra-thin notebook like MSI U200?

The notebook shop sales told me it is normal but I do not believe.

I am taking it to MSI service center this Saturday to claim for manufacturing defect.

It is NOT normal! I'd take it back.

Do you hear the fans kicking in? Is the battery charging and does it get hot?

Well... it was my being too alarmed and unaware of the automatic "burn-in" feature of those fresh-from-the-box notebooks.

I bought IBM 5 years ago and then last year Dell. I have never experienced the "burn-in" process because I went to the vendors that sell used notebooks.

This year, I got the buy from better vendor.
