What makes the Empowering button work?

I might have erased a program on a friend's computer and now the green 'e' button (of Acer's Empowering Technology) doesn't work. He said he used it for something audio-related, I guess it's the eAudio Management thing.

I downloaded all of the Empowering programs from Acer's FTP and installed everything that wasn't installed, rebooted, enabled everything in msconfig, but it still doesn't work. I'm guessing it's a driver or something... It's the default Windows Vista installation so I don't see how hard it could be to get it back up.

Did you try here:

Make sure you get the right one for the right notebook...you didnt mention the model and operating system...be careful when you delete/erase programs
