Toshiba M70 Poblem

Hi everyone:
My brother have Toshiba Laptop M70 three days ago his children put a water on the laptop from that day not working the laptop out of warranty, so today I open it and everything is dry know and the ram, HDD I check it is dry when I start the laptop it's frizzing on the bios and I cannot inter to the Bios and I hear one Beep but continue when I trying to shut it down from the power the computer it restarting, I have attached video file showing that.

Be sure there's no any bad file or virus.

There could very well be something shorted out on the mainboard and even though it is dry, it would not be apparent...water and electronics do not mix

Are you absolutely sure that the Hard drive is seated properly

Sounded like bad keyboard connection or system not recognizing keyboard present. Remove internal keyboard and plug in a USB one and see.

I have unplug the keyboard but the same sound I hear without keyboard when I power on the laptop!

Take it apart and try to "dry" it some more. I have the feeling that the motherboard is toasted.
