Anyone have a direct phone # to dell.Lost a laptop...

My daughter sent in her Dell for fixin'..They sent it back to a wrong address and now no one knows where the hell it is.Her phone conversations with Dell are apparently all overseas and no one seems to know what's going on...she no longer exists in their files...Any help is appreciated.
